Mike Hanna
Mike Hanna is in his 20th year as a private lender. As the owner of Investmark Mortgage, Mike has helped hundreds of clients finance both fix and flip and rental properties. He is a Certified Private Lender, successful single-family and multi-family real estate investor with over 20 years experience, mentor to investors, and author of Easier Than You Think, an Expert’s Guide to Single Family Real Estate Investing.
As a founding member of the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) Ethics Advisory Committee, Mike helped draft the AAPL Code of Ethics and served on the committee for seven years. Additionally, he has led a prominent North Texas real estate mastermind group since 2005, and coaches others on starting their own group
